HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST?

My fee for Individual Therapy is $115.00 for a 53-minute session.

HOW OFTEN ARE SESSIONS?

I typically see individual clients once per week or every other week for a 53-minute session. Seeing each other weekly or bi-weekly allows for the work to move along at a good pace.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and I ask all of my clients to respect this time. A minimum of a 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel without a fee. A $115.00 fee is assessed for cancellation on a shorter notice than 24 hours and no-shows (more than 10 minutes late for a telehealth appointment), at my discretion. Insurance cannot be billed for missed sessions

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

The first session usually consists of you sharing your story with me and why you are seeking counseling services. I will ask several questions in order to better get to know you, your family and your goals for counseling. During this first session, we will discuss next steps for counseling, fill out any necessary paperwork, and leave space for any questions you may have.
